Privacy
What we collect
We collect account details (name, email), booking information (address, visit time, services), payment amounts, and recipient contact details so we can deliver a visit. We also collect health screening answers (for example diabetes, skin or nail conditions, allergies, and isolation status). Health screening is used only to apply our safety catalog — which services we can offer in a given location — not to diagnose or treat medical conditions. We do not collect wound photos.
Visit messages
Visit messages and optional gate or parking photos are visible to the booker, the assigned technician, and customer support. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. When an account is deleted we redact that person's message text and photos; we keep the message rows with the booking for our 7-year record.
How we use it
Personal information is used to create and fulfill bookings, assign a technician, process payments, handle incidents, and meet accounting and tax duties. Health screening is visible only to the booker (their own records), the assigned technician, and customer support. We do not sell personal information.
Technician location
Technician location is shared only during On the way, stored as one point, deleted when the window ends, and is not a route or breadcrumb.
Account deletion
You may request account deletion from the customer app or by contacting us. When we delete an account we remove health screening and other health PII, and we anonymize recipient name and phone on remaining booking records. Booking rows themselves are not erased.
7-year financial retention
We keep financial records — booking totals, tax, and ledger entries — for 7 years to meet Canadian accounting and tax requirements. Those columns stay on the booking after deletion; they are not a marketing profile.
No marketing CSV of screening
We do not export a marketing CSV of screening or health answers. Screening is never used for advertising, lookalike audiences, or bulk marketing lists.
